Chief Executive Officer
Vincent Vuong has over 30 years of technical experience in infrastructure design and management. Vincent was the CTO of multiple data centers and co-founded a private cloud company. Vincent’s past work includes DevOps, Virtual CTO, and scalable infrastructure design for various companies. In his spare time, Vincent enjoys studying efficient cloud computing designs.
David Closson
Chief Information Officer
David brings over 25 years of information technology (IT) architecture and service provider experience as well as 16 years of leadership experience. He has architectural expertise with network, hyper converged infrastructure, containerized applications, databases, and information systems. He has a passion for technology, but possesses organizational and interpersonal skills that are rare in IT leaders. David joins Dynascale after leaving his senior technology infrastructure leadership role with the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Gulzat Kurmankozhoeva
Director of Finance
Ms. Kurmankozhoeva brings 7 years of expertise in Finance & Accounting roles with concentration on overseeing Accounting functions and driving process enhancements. Ms. Kurmankozhoeva also served as the Director of Finance at a start-up called VITA, where she played a key role in securing funding for the venture. In addition, her experience includes navigating PCAOB audits and ensuring financial reporting compliance with SEC.
Wayne Reed
Director of IT Infrastructure
Serving as a Director of IT for over ten years, Reed’s knowledge in infrastructure, telecommunications, desktop, and security helps him lead the Dynascale team to accommodate business requirements while expanding skills and abilities. His varied background in manufacturing, retail, distribution, and service delivery industries has provided him a diverse knowledge base to combat infrastructure challenges and identify opportunities.
David Soltero
Director of Network and Private Cloud Services
David, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both network engineering and private cloud services, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the table. With a career spanning over 20 years, David has a proven track record of architecting and managing robust network infrastructures. David joins Dynascale after leaving his senior architectural role with the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Masa Pham
Systems Admin II
With over 15 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Dynascale team. His background in networking, systems, security, and programming provides a solid foundation for delivering high-quality solutions. With extensive knowledge of compliance regulations, ensuring the highest levels of data security and integrity. Masa’s well-versed in database management, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance databases that meet the needs of our clients.
Omid Doroodian
Sr Network Engineer
Dedicated and results-oriented Senior Network Engineer with over 14 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex networking solutions. Skilled in analyzing, testing, and evaluating networks for maximum efficiency and performance and maintaining enterprise-wide area networks across multi-platform and high-uptime Data Center environments. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving network issues promptly and effectively. Adept at leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality services.

Lead Developer
Boasting a comprehensive 15-year journey in the software realm, Dondre has become an authority on front-end, back-end, and sophisticated DevOps strategies. His illustrious tenure at IBM’s Watson Health and collaborations with Amazon via Logistics LLC are a testament to his adaptability and prowess in the rapidly evolving tech world. Adept in the intricacies of both Windows and Linux DevOps infrastructures, Dondre pushes boundaries beyond standard deployments. His profound interest in AI showcases his forward-thinking vision in bridging the present with the future of technology.
Ron Jenkins
Site Reliability Engineer
Ron has over 13 years experience in DevOps, public cloud technologies, software development and design, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, networking and endpoint management. He has served in the automotive, finance and religious non-profit sectors with a unique focus on cross-functional process design and automation, achieving improved process reliability and visibility, standards compliance and cost savings. He holds a BS in Computer Science, a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University.
